At the mouth of the Casamance River in Senegal sits the city of Ziguinchor. Jiaka, a health worker at the Belfort Health Clinic, has cultivated a garden to benefit her community.

Hariet, a 32-year-old mother of four children, lives in Karonga, Malawi — and she is helping her community in big ways! Last year, she became a care group promoter through Harvesting Prosperity and Resilience.

Omene is a 30-year-old man living in Eastern Equatorial State, South Sudan. He is an agriculture staff member at Hope for South Sudan, a residential school and orphanage outside of Torit, a city in South Sudan.
