On July 19, 700 passionate Hershey employees packaged 285,000 nutritious meals at Giant Center in Pennsylvania. And with these meals packaged, The Hershey Company also reached 2 million meals packaged since 2013.
Our volunteer-packaged meals both provide caloric intake and contain 20 vitamins and minerals. Our meals address the top concerns for micronutrient deficiencies and work to prevent other common deficiencies.
Michael, age 42, is a rice farmer living with his wife and children in Malawi’s Karonga district. In 2020, he joined the Harvesting Prosperity and Resilience project, implemented by Rise Against Hunger and FOCUS.
