ADP Reaches 2 Million Meals Packaged With Rise Against Hunger
Last month, ADP achieved a momentous milestone: 2 million meals packaged with Rise Against Hunger!
Since 2016, ADP has partnered with Rise Against Hunger and has come alongside us in the commitment to address global hunger. Over the years, more than 13,000 ADP employees have come together at 145 meal packaging events around the world. These meals have impacted thousands of lives, providing nutritional assistance for people across the globe.
Throughout May, ADP hosted 18 meal packaging events across the United States and two in the Philippines. At every event, ADP employees worked together to package nutritious meals of rice, soy, dehydrated vegetables and a micronutrient packet. Packaging over 330,000 meals collectively, these events enabled ADP to surpass the 2-million-meal mark.
Deb Hughes, ADP’s Senior Vice President of Change and Communications, explained that giving back to its communities where associates live and work has been a core company value since ADP began 75 years ago. The meal packaging events in May enabled ADP to support important causes that provide a foundation for its business and associates to continue to thrive.
We’re so thrilled to celebrate reaching 2 million meals packaged with ADP! This remarkable milestone is more than just a number. ADP’s support since 2016 has not only provided critical meals, but also supported education, health, empowerment hope and brighter futures for people facing food insecurity. Thank you, ADP, for your partnership and dedication to helping us end global hunger!
