In the wake of Cyclone Idai, which has left massive destruction in Mozambique, Malawi and Zimbabwe, Rise Against Hunger is responding. Our Emergency Relief team has connected Rise Against Hunger Africa with impact partner, Convoy of Hope. Through this partnership, we will be distributing over 60,000 fortified Rise Against Hunger meals to the affected population in Mozambique.

In addition to meals, we are in the midst of exploring a longer term initiative to further support the populations impacted through recovery. Rise Against Hunger stands together with the people impacted by Cyclone Idai and is committed to providing ongoing aid based on direction by local government officials.
